Processina Statement

The test specimen were prepared on LD 165BW1, 150um (5.9 mi) thick flm, using a 200 mm (7.9 in) die, die gap of 1.0 mm (39.4 mi), Blow-UpRatio of 1.5 and temperature profile of 145 - 190℃ (293 - 374℉).

High strength: The copolymer structure of ethylene and a small amount of α-olefin gives it high tensile strength and tear strength, which can withstand the packaging of heavier items and reduce the risk of packaging damage.

Good toughness: It is soft and tough, with strong puncture resistance. In heavy packaging applications, it can withstand a certain degree of extrusion and collision without breaking, protecting the contents.

Good environmental resistance: It has excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, low temperature resistance and heat resistance, and can adapt to heavy packaging storage and transportation under different environmental conditions. For example, it will not become brittle and crack in cold areas, and can maintain a certain strength and stability in high temperature environments.

Good chemical stability: It can resist acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc., and can provide reliable packaging protection for some heavy packaging scenarios that may be exposed to chemical substances, such as chemical raw material packaging.

Special processing performance: Compared with low-density polyethylene (LDPE), LLDPE has a higher melt viscosity and is slightly more difficult to process, but has less shear sensitivity. It can maintain good shape stability during processing, which is conducive to the production of heavy packaging products with precise dimensions and stable quality.

However, machining usually requires a sufficiently powerful motor and an appropriate cooling system to ensure smooth machining.
