BILLIONS® BLR-699 pigment is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfuric acid method, designed for use in various coatings and printing inks.
BILLIONS® BLR-699 pigment has excellent overall optical properties and rapid dispersion in water-based and solvent-based formulations. The product's zirconium-aluminum coating gives it outstanding weather resistance, which means that the product can be flexibly applied to various outdoor and indoor coatings.
